In a wide-open handicap, it may be worth giving MOSTLY SUNNY another chance. He's been freshened up for this and looks interesting on the form he showed in handicaps earlier this year. Irish raider Feud is one of the least exposed runners and could well improve for this longer trip. My Chiquita and The Height of Fame both ran a cracker when placed at Worcester and the latter has an excellent record at this track.

Started 2-2 over hurdles in maiden/novice company last year and that form looks to have substance. Struggled in graded company back over hurdles this season but got back on the up when second at Wexford (16.8f) 22 days ago. Longer trip may suit (stays 17f on Flat) and looks a potential improver.

Better than ever following a breathing operation when winning at Uttoxeter this time last year. Form tailed off towards the end of last season but ran right up to his best returned to Uttoxeter (23.3f) when third in a 6-runner handicap on reappearance in May. Goes well fresh and merits respect.

Won a Plumpton handicap in first-time cheekpieces in April and backed that up in a stronger race when runner-up behind a useful Willie Mullins horse at Sandown 5 days later. Not quite in the same form at Market Rasen last month but has been freshened up for this. Interesting if back to his best.

Progressive when landing a double last season before a busy spell took its toll. Back on the up following a 17-length victory at Stratford (22, soft), for all the worth of that form is difficult to assess. Faces much tougher opposition here but she's fairly low-mileage and in excellent hands.

Form figures at this track read 121 and made a highly encouraging reappearance (had gone well fresh previously) when third in a 2½m Worcester handicap (2 lengths behind My Chiquita) last month. 1 lb better off with that rival here and no surprise to see her enhance excellent course record.

Won at Taunton (soft) off this mark in February, his only below-par effort since coming here (16.8f) when unsuited by the steady gallop. Bounced back to form granted more of a test when fourth at Cartmel (17.2f). Now tried in a visor and looks well worth another go over this sort of distance.

Versatile performer got back to somewhere near his best over a trip shorter than he usually tackles when winning a 6-runner handicap hurdle at Ffos Las (20f, good to soft) in June, showing a good attitude to overhaul the favourite. Given a break but more required upped in grade.

Maiden on the Flat but thrived over hurdles against her own sex in the spring, easily landing a hat-trick at Cartmel (16.6f). Seemingly found out in better company when well held in the Summer Plate at Market Rasen and may need to take a step forward now upped in trip on first start for new handler.

Fair Flat winner but has a fine record over hurdles, winning three of her 6 starts and proving better than ever in defeat when a close second (Height of Fame back in third) at Worcester (20f) last month, possibly would have won had her jumping held up late on. Should give another good account.
