KAYF DANCER is seemingly hard to train but he shaped well when third to The New Lion in a maiden hurdle at Chepstow last October and has to be of major interest now going handicapping with a good-value claimer in the saddle. JJ Moon is another with solid novice form and is much respected for a yard amongst the winners, while the selection's stablemate Don't Wind Me Up is capable of making his presence felt at this higher level.

Progressed well following a second breathing operation, recording a hat-trick under this rider in 8-runner handicap at Exeter (16.7f) in March. Reappears from an 11 lb higher mark in what looks a warmer race though, so more will be needed.

Some encouragement only start in bumpers and, after another 11 months off, left his hurdling debut effort behind when 7½ lengths third to The New Lion in a maiden at Chepstow (19.4f) last October. Completed a simple task at Exeter (21.6f) 5 months later and retains plenty of potential.

Much improved when making third bumper start a winning one. Shaped with plenty of encouragement when just denied in novice hurdles at Wincanton and Kempton prior to completing a simple task under a confident ride at Exeter (21.6f). Yard going well and of interest on handicap debut/reappearance.

Showed improved form to get off the mark in 6-runner handicap hurdle at Taunton (19f, good) in March, despite looking awkward/hanging left. Off since but has the ability to hold his own in this higher-class handicap.

Fair maiden hurdler who won a minor event over fences at Le Touquet in 2023/24. Well held only subsequent outing that term however, and absent since (left Francois Nicolle in interim).

Made a winning start over hurdles in 2m2f maiden at Exeter last October. Showed similar form in defeat under a penalty but produced a lacklustre effort when well held on handicap debut at Plumpton on final outing. Needs to get back on track.
