Quirky sort was on the up when completing a double in course novice last summer. Folded tamely having looked main threat to winner in course handicap (2¾m) in late-May. Bit to prove stepping back up in distance (ran out sole try over staying trip) following short break.

Front-running course winner. Wasn't the strongest race for grade when close second at Wincanton (21f) on latest hurdle start. Subsequently won veterans chase at Fakenham (3m) before well beaten in better race last time. Veteran may be vulnerable to younger legs on return to hurdling.

Positive start for this yard, narrowly denied in 2 handicap hurdles before scoring off higher chase mark here (3¼m) 6 days ago. Obvious claims back in this sphere off lower mark.

Consistent type. Switch to more patient tactics probably cost him a second career victory in a C&D handicap last time. Up 4 lb for that near miss and this looks a better race for the grade.

Consistent sort who again ran creditably when 6 lengths third in Fontwell handicap in late-May. Proving expensive to follow (sent off at 7/2 or shorter on 9 of his previous 10 starts without success), but he should give his running on return from a short break.

Beaten only by rejuvenated veteran on second start for current yard here in May. Subsequently ran well when third (2¾-length behind Jager Time) over C&D. Reopposes on better terms, but he's since run below form over a shorter trip at Market Rasen (23f).

Bred for stamina. Pulled up sole start in Irish points. Hinted at ability on stable debut prior to finishing well beaten at long odds on handicap debut at Worcester (2½m). Again without usual tongue strap and hopes pinned on significant step up in trip.
