BLUE ISMAY (2) looks the one to beat. He showed promise in two runs last time in, resuming with an encouraging effort at Geelong over 1547m when boxing on well for third. Quickly up in trip but it should suit this stoutly bred gelding and with the added fitness he'll go close. DUNTULM LASS (7) is another very quickly up in trip off two 1400m runs this time in. The fresh run in a strong Sale maiden reads well and if she handles the trip she'll take beating. GEE AND TEE (6) has had a few chances now but has the right grounding for this trip now, not bad at her past couple runs over a mile. Can roll forward and give a sight. RUSCELLO (4) had genuine excuses last time when tailed off. Can forgive the run on heavy two back as well. He could be an improver. ALBANIAN BEAUTY (1) perhaps next best.
