CHEST OF GOLD (1) looks the one to beat. He's a progressive horse who won well two back at Sandown Hillside before leading them up at Flemington out to this trip and just being overrun late to finish third as favourite. This is easier and he'll be well fancied to bounce back quickly. HOUSE OF LORDS (8) is a progressive sort herself having finished in the quinella at all four runs to date, winning two. She was a smart winner when last seen at Sale and rising back to a mile now should only see further improvement. NAVY HEART (11) was a bit disappointing second up off an encouraging return at Bendigo but should be fitter again now and is expected to elevate third up. BIDEN TIME (6) was dominant when last seen at Benalla, scoring by 3.5 lengths in easier company. If he can produce something like that again he should measure up. LADY POTATO HEAD (10) is racing well and is an each-way chance.
