He won his first two career starts impressively before tackling a strong 3yo handicap at Caulfield and measuring up very well behind the talented Big Swinger. Any further improvement into his second preparation will see him take a power of beating. MISS ALTAIR (8) resumes. She won two in a row to start last campaign including a dominant four-length maiden win here when fresh, beating Taken who went on to do some nice things in town. Don't mind her resuming at 1000m, she's very sharp and can take this out. STEEL MOVE (16) has been solid in three runs this time in, perhaps not seeing out 1447m at Geelong last time as favourite. Back sharply in trip is interesting but he's going well enough to figure. DELICATE LADY (13) is another racing well, not far away throughout this preparation. She'll land in a good spot and run an honest race. CODIGO (1) has a huge weight but is a winner in much better company and deserves it.
