A couple of lead-up trials will have her ready, and even from a wide gate, she can be very competitive fresh up here. GINGER MISS (13) won the latest of 2 trials from her new yard, and can secure a run to suit from the pole position. Hard to beat fresh up. BERRETTINI (2) was not far away in a couple of starts last prep, and resumes without any public trials. He has scope, and any market support is worth following. MAZINO (10) was close up in some good races as a juvenile, and after winning a trial, she was fourth fresh up at Taupo when half a run short in condition. She is down in weight and likely to be right in the finish here. Each way. KAIROS (1) was well back on debut at Ellerslie, and then flew home too late when finishing second by a nose at Avondale 3 weeks ago. With a touch of luck from a tricky gate here, he can go one better. GLACIAL STORM (14) is some each-way hope.
