FLAT STANLEY (1) did well fresh up off a wide draw here 2 weeks ago and found the line with purpose, finishing midfield. He gets a big swing with his gate this time and will relish stepping up in distance. Stick with him. Can win. ORSOME DUDE (9) just battled at Wingatui 8 days ago on a heavy track, where he was stuck in the worst of it. He was racing his way back into form before that, and is worth another chance here. MORUS (8) ran on stoutly from last at Timaru 6 days ago and won't get as far back this time from a superior draw. He has a chance to break his course duck here. GIVEALITTLE (5) has looked much better in his last couple of starts on the poly track here, finishing runner-up by a head in his most recent run just over 3 weeks ago. She has a good draw and is worth including in all combinations. PEACHY KEEN (2) ran on nicely to finish second at Oamaru fresh up nearly a month ago. He is a lot stronger this season and can go on with the job now.
