COGNITO (2) showed what he is capable of when bouncing back into winning form fresh up here 2 weeks ago, scoring comfortably by a length. The step up to a middle distance is ideal, and though he rises 4.5kg in weight, he can win again. RIVIERA REBEL (1) ran a much better race for second here 2 weeks ago and should be peaking his fitness now. If the track is on the soft side, he can go one better. MASTER MARKO (4) has been steadily improving with racing and steps up in trip here. He is capable on his day and is overdue for another win. Each way value. KING OF THE CASTLE (5) has yet to show his best this prep and is probably looking for a firmer surface. He is just the type to spring an upset in an even field like this. BELLA LUCE (7) lifted late to score by a short head here 2 week ago. She is up in class, but with a nice drop in weight, she will be very competitive again.
