He will be spot on for this, and with a drop in class, he should be the one to beat, especially with Opie Bosson back in the saddle. FULL MOON FEVER (3) won fresh up at Timaru, and his last couple of starts here have also been sound. A good gate will help, and he has solid each way claims in this. ENTERPRISE (5) overcame a tough gate to score a gritty all the way win at Ashburton a month ago. He is a progressive gelding with enough scope to go right on with the job this season. GRAEME JOHN (4) has improved since relocating to the South Island, and he was a game third here a fortnight ago. He has proven that he can cope with firmer surfaces, and another honest effort is on the cards. EL VAQUERO (7) has led and faded in his last couple of starts at age-grade level in decent fields.
