He jumps up in class here, but will drop down in weight, and being from the Kevin Myers stable means that the quick backup is no problem. He can repeat the dose. BOOMTOWN BOY (12) made some ground from the back when finishing eighth here over a mile last time out. The step back up to a middle distance is the key this time, and he can figure in the top three. HE'S A BATTLER (10) treks south fresh up for Suzy Gordon, who has a terrific record on this track with her team. If he doesn't need the run, then he can run top four. QUINTABELLE (7) was less than a length from the winner when finishing fourth as the favourite at Ashburton over a mile 12 days ago. She is now at her peak, so include.
