Three key scratchings rob this race of depth but it is still tricky. SUPER MIRAGE (9) ran into one dead-end after another so forgive his failure at Warwick Farm recently, the first appearance in 13 months. UK import who should have a lot more to offer. McDonald sticks with SEVEN'S (7) after a disappointing run last time. Last raced over this course and distance three back and was beaten just 1.2 lengths in a Saturday race that has thrown up four subsequent winners. Can win if he finds that form. SILVANITO (8) continued his good form this prep with a solid third over 1400m at the Kensington track. Very fit and returns to Rosehill where he has placed at all four appearances. SOSINO (3) hasn't done a great deal in two runs this campaign but can improve with added fitness. NAVAL COMMISSION (4) has a strong second-up record so he can build on a decent first-up effort.
