RICH AND JOYFUL (8) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 1200m at Mornington. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. BOULDER JACK (1) is a distance specialist who finished eighth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1200m at Swan Hill, beaten only one length after being in contention on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. LA MEETING (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a neck from the winner in second over 1300m at Wodonga. Placed to advantage so anticipating another big run. ALMIGHTY WILL (3) had his first run for the new stable at Swan Hill and although the distance was short of his best he did a good job to beaten only 1.6 lengths. He'll have come on from that, the slight ride in trip is advantageous and he draws ideally. SNAPPY PIERRO (9) was horrible first-up but ran much better on firmer ground last start and draws to lead.
