FLASH ROCA (9) made solid progress last prep, and won 2 of her 6 starts, ending the season with a second-place finish as favourite on this track in late May. She will be a lot stronger now, and is capable of taking this out fresh up. TOMASINA (2) has found some of her previous good form in a couple of tougher fields recently, finishing third twice behind a very promising type. She is seasoned enough to get through bad ground and back in this easier grade; she should go close to breaking through for a deserved win. ON SONG (5) sat close to the pace, and just peaked in her effort inside the distance when finishing fourth in the same race as the second pick. She strips fitter and is good enough to get the job done. INFLAMED (1) had 3 starts earlier in the year, and the best of those was a third fresh up in a stronger field than this. She cops a decent weight, but is still worthy of respect. Each way. MOVE ON (8) and BAKHITA (12) a both capable of top 4 finishes.
