BOMBAY BOOM (1) has contested two Randwick Highways since returning from a spell and has not been disgraced on either occasion, the pick of the runs being the first-up effort over today's trip. Beautifully drawn and in this company he looks the testing material. WINTER HAIL (5) bolted in first-up over this trip in a Narrandera maiden then handled the step up in grade when runner-up in a Class at Gundagai four weeks ago. Has really hit his straps this prep and a race like this is not out of the question. BARGINO (6) as second-up from a nine-week break when ninth in the same Randwick Highway as Bombay Boom last time out. Open to further improvement and should give a good account. WILLINGHAM (2) has been plain in his three runs since arriving in the Danielle Seib stable. The talent is there so at decent odds he is worth including in exotics. LORD OF VALOR (3) has won two on the bounce over 1175m at Albury, the latest off a seven-week let-up. Definite contender.
