Sure to prove tough to hold out over an extra 100m today. It has been a long while since FLYING MEAN (4) collected his maiden win. Battled on fairly without threatening seven days ago over this distance on the Pakenham synthetic. Like him returning to the turf today - poses a big threat. BIG OPINION (15) flashed home for a close third two back over 1175m at Albury then was never in the hunt most recently in a Rosehill Highway. Can make amends back in this more suitable contest. THEO'S CHOICE (11) has been freshened up since powering home to grab second over 1300m at Wagga six weeks ago. Draws a nice gate and should be highly competitive. BLACK ADAM (2) will find this a lot tougher than his last start win at Berrigan but he did score here at his only other visit.
