LADY OF THE CASTLE (5) made a positive return from a 20-week spell for new trainer Nathan Doyle last start, chiming in late only to just go under in a three-way go over this distance at Newcastle. Looks to be back better than ever and is a great chance to open her account. HO ALOHA (8) is an 11-start maiden who continues to race well without winning. Handy all the way and stuck on okay for a close fourth last time out over 1100m at Hawkesbury. Placed at both 1200m runs so expect her to be thereabouts again. COURTHEZON (3) has not raced since starting at $4.40 and finishing midfield on debut over 1000m at Eagle Farm last October. Recent Rosehill trial winner who is beautifully placed for his return. ACHARNEE (1) is back for a second campaign following a 199-day spell. Best of two runs to date was a second on debut over this course and distance. Definite contender. FAWLTY AFFAIRS (4) returns from a 15-week lay-off as a gelding. Showed ability last prep and might go to a new level now.
