HURRICANE HARLEY (5) picked up from where he left off the campaign prior, scoring by 2.2L in impressive fashion at the midweeks. Up to Saturday grade now, but he rates highly on the back of that effort. Loves this track and trip and can bring up the hat-trick today. HUBBLE'S DRAGON (8) missed by 1.4L at this track and trip first-up before a disappointing effort last start as the race favourite. He's better than that effort suggests and he drops plenty of weight. Can sit handy in the run and bounce back in a big way. SWANSEE (9) is hard to knock on his recent form, leading and never giving anything else a chance at Pinjarra last time. CJP remains on board and he should be up front from the outset. Can win again without surprising. SPLIT THE GEE (7) disappointed at the end of last campaign but has trialled well coming in. Can return with a bang. PROSPECTOR'S PICK (3) can improve on the fresh run.
