AVISTA (5) well bred mare who gets her chance in town after making in three straight wins when proving too strong for them over 1500m at Muswellbrook in BM66 grade. J Mac takes the reins from the good gate and can finish over the top of these. BLENHEIM GIRL (9) steps up in trip after scoring a tidy win first-up over 1200m at Canterbury. Looks to be heading in the right direction and her Maiden win came over this trip. Will be savaging the line late on the limit weight. DUSTY BAY (1) strong winner when fresh two-back, then covered a stack of ground in the run when seventh over 1500m at Rosehill. No excuses here with winning apprentice back aboard. PERSIAN WONDER (3) finally got off the mark first-up with a well deserved Maiden win over 1200m at Canterbury with the 59.5kg. Placed at Group level last prep and will relish the extra trip. NULLARBOR JANE (2) has a tougher edge this prep and place best out to the 1400m.
