Has further upside and winning apprentice sticks. COLUMBIA BLUE (3) bounced off his sound first-up second, with a fast-finishing victory over inferior opposition over 1200m at Rosehill. Meets a stronger field today with the rise in weight. Sure to be thereabouts. WATSON (4) strengthened over the break with a fighting on pace win over 1200m at Canterbury in BM72 class. Looks up to this and has the speed to get across from the outside gate. Each way. KREON (13) mixing his form and can't be underestimated on the limit from the inside gate.
