Lightly raced LIVALITTLE (1) is building an imposing record. Made a sustained run from last at one stage to win pulling away over this course and distance a fortnight ago. Has to go back again from an outside alley but he is good enough to prevail again. GOLDEN CROSS (10) would up powerfully to take out a decent race over 1400m at this track last time out. Progressive five-year-old who gets 4kgs off the top pick and should relish the extra 200m today. HURRICANE LU (14) ran on with gusto in the same race as Golden Cross last start but found that one a shade too good. Gets a 6.5kgs weight swing today for being beaten under a length. On trial at the mile but she looks a big chance to turn the tables. AUTOMNE TREE (6) won two on the trot before finding Livalittle too good late in the piece here a fortnight ago. Can make things interesting with a 2kgs weight turnaround. JUST FLYING (4) is very honest and not out of contention on a seven-day back-up.
